What is the warranty policy on Bauer hockey sticks?
Most Bauer composite sticks are covered by a one-time replacement warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please retain your original receipt to initiate a claim.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer skates and sticks, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Standard in-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Can I return equipment if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used protective gear and custom-ordered products are not eligible for return.
How should I clean and maintain my hockey gear?
We recommend air-drying your equipment immediately after every use. For base layers and jerseys, machine wash in cold water. Avoid high heat for protective equipment to prevent the breakdown of technical foams and plastics.
