At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your game. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
